I needed urgent repair of an issue causing water ingress beneath a small section of pitched roof on my bungalow. Thomas replied to my Checkatrade enquiry on the same day, came out to inspect two days later then came with his team three days after that to remove the tiles, assess the damage and complete the job on the same day.
Thomas’ communication was excellent all the way through. He was comfortable with me asking about THM’s roofing experience and kept me updated all through the day of the job, including sending photos and videos that helped me see the extent of the damage and the repair work needed and explaining his pricing and guarantee. His team of guys were verey friendly and seemed to get the job done very efficiently.
Fortunately, it turned out that the damage was not as extensive as feared and all that was needed was to replace all batons and felt, replace some broken tiles and cement those and other areas of the roof. So it was a relatively simple job, but THM did it well and with no fuss.
